We support young people aged 8-19 years who have Autism and associated difficulties and behaviours with places available for up to 30 young people and we are open to admissions from all over the country.
Many young people remain with us until they are 19 years of age, but some elect to leave us earlier to access local colleges or adult provisions. Students who are resident in the children’s home are also able to attend the school.
We are currently registered for 30 students within the school, and 19 residential placements within the home. Every young person’s Care Plan and Individual Education Plan is personalised, taking into account their individual levels of ability, planned destinations and aspirations. Educational Health Care Reviews (Or IDP reviews) take place annually and Children Looked After Reviews take place every three to six months to ensure our provision continues to meet every young person’s needs during their time with us. Termly MDTs take place with the education, care and clinical team to support the delivery of the curriculum, individual targets and care plans.
